I look forward to the classes every week. I have a busy schedule and the classes are meditative for me - I’m able to truly only focus on biomechanics and creating tension which always leaves both my mind and body feeling better than when I started. Chris and Seb provide clear, challenging, and informative instruction so that I’m not only able to participate in class but I can also practice the exercises on my own in the gym throughout the week.

began personal training sessions with Seb in Sydney about 6 months ago and have since joined his online training community. In this time I have noticed a substantial improvement in my biomechanics. Previously suffering from sciatica and severe cramping in my left calf and knee during sleep. These symptoms that bothered me for almost 2 years are now completely gone. I have also noticed a substantial improvement in muscle function and mass in the weak areas that caused these issues.
