  1. Biomechanics and Lifestyle Assessment (90 min)

My initial, mandatory assessment is a detailed evaluation of your current physical well-being.

My comprehensive initial consult involves a gait and, activity and posture assessment, where I analyze your gait cycle in slow motion and highlight any dysfunctions present. This is a crucial part of the appointment as it enables me to tailor a program that suits your body and not just a cookie-cutter approach.

Following this, I’ll take you through some myofascial release techniques that may help you to get on top of any dysfunctions we have pointed out.

Specific postural correctives, and dynamic exercises may follow depending on how your body handles each level of exercise and your level of fitness.
